模板2：实验没补完

注意1. 不要到了截止期限才去申请延期，编辑如果看到的不及时，来不及修改系统设定的期限，有可能会自动清除稿件的修改状态，只能重新走流程。2. 申请延期的原因一定要充分。3. 尽量在申请到的延期时间内完成返修，二次申请延期很容易被拒稿。4.有些比较友好的期刊超过返修期限，也不会关闭系统，期刊会发个信询问，及时回复沟通延期也可以。不过即使投稿系统关闭，有足够理由也可以请求编辑重开投稿系统上传修改稿。
